Organization
We always put our focus on what our customers want. We can pick up your mail or have it sent to us whichever you prefer so it can be sorted, grouped and explained.
Bills and Budgets
As well as organizing your mail, we also can set up your bills to be paid. We can do that by helping you write out checks, set up automatic payments or pay them one at a time. The payments help you set up a budget based on your spending.
Reconciling Accounts
Each bank statement will be balanced with your account data. Charges from your credit card statements will be added to your expenses and reconciled. A computer system will be set up to track your income and expenses to measure against your budget.
Reporting
Each month you will receive a report on all of your activity that month. You will know your income, expenses and variances. At tax time, your accountant will be provided with a complete income statement for the year.
Notarizing
Sometimes you need to have a document notarized. Whether it is a will, a power of attorney or an affidavit, we will come to you to and notarize it.
